What is collected
The site only collects data when you provide it yourself, through the contact form or the price estimator: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), and the answers you give in the estimator.
Why
This information is used only to respond to your request and prepare your quote. It is never passed on, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Where and for how long
Forms are transmitted through Cloudflare, the site’s hosting provider, then sent by email by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle them, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange.
Automatic analysis of a web address
When you ask the estimator to analyze your website, the address you enter is sent to the site’s server, which reads your public pages to suggest a scope. Neither this address nor the result is stored.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to charlespeloye@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, France’s data protection authority.
Cookies and storage
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. Your browser keeps only two pieces of information, which never leave your device: the light or dark theme you chose, and your answers in the estimator during your visit.
Intellectual property
The texts, the guide, and the design of the site belong to Regards Croisés. Project visuals are shown as portfolio references; the brands and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners.
